              Fall Cooking Class with Sheila
I’m so happy to share that I’m offering another Ayurvedic cooking class, just in time to carry us into the darker, colder days with warmth, nourishment, and community.
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 15 | 11:00am – 3:00pm

We’ll gather in a kitchen to cook together and fill the space with ancestral and plant knowledge along with seasonal nourishment. I’ll also share simple tools and techniques to help you cook confidently — and make everyday meals taste better, brighter, and more nourishing.
