We are returning to Angel City Lumber for a ceremonial sensorial journey rooted in the Panchamahabhutas, the five elements. Through guided meditation, sound, and intentional movement, we’ll activate each of the five senses and bring awareness to the natural intelligence within the body.
At the center of the experience is an adaptogenic, ceremonial-style tea. We will sip it together as a ritual, inviting warmth, clarity, and restoration to move through the body. We’ll also practice seasonal Ayurvedic self-care with oils and balms, and close in the garden to honor the earth and our shared connection.
